Key features.

Argyll holds professional membership within the Countryside and Land Owners Association (CLA) and have consultants that are associates of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants (BIAC), so we can ensure an expert opinion is given within our agricultural reports at all times.

You can even speak to the expert consultant who wrote your report, if there is anything you don’t understand or questions you want to ask. Direct contact details are provided with every report.

Our reports are produced manually and always cover the full property extent (boundary plan), to provide detailed reporting of working farm yards and estates. This provides you with a full analysis of environmental risk for your entire property, including farm specific additional considerations such as agricultural land classifications, soil chemistry, silage, slurry and oil storage and tree preservation and hedgerow orders.

All our reports are provided with £10m PI cover, and valuable reliance provisions covering anyone involved in the transaction. We provide these reports with first class customer service, and dedicated account management, ensuring that we always deliver a solution, not just a report.

Our reports have been designed in conjunction with the UK’s leading law firms and are continually reviewed and invested in to ensure we keep pace with market trends and changes. This allows us to present robust technical analysis in a way that’s easy to understand, with our consultants providing bespoke commentaries to simplify and explain identified risks. In short, we deliver information, not data.

Flood Risk Management

Our customer experiences.

  • The Argyll farm report provides us with the information we need to target our investigations and provide value driven advice to our rural landowning clients.
Joel Woolf - Partner, Foot Anstey
  • I've used Argyll's reports for longer than I care to remember because they provide a comprehensive insight into site conditions, backed by a review of the data by an experienced consultant with the ability to look deeper into potential issues. What's more, they remain at the forefront of environmental due diligence by staying on top of legal developments and by innovating their product offering and service delivery.
Stuart Wardlaw - Partner, Bond Dickinson
